The following set charges are applied per order regardless of quantity of items.

We use An Post and Other Courier Services to deliver goods. A proof of postage is obtained for all orders.

Please ensure to provide a shipping and billing address at time of order. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3working days from the time of ordering. In the unlikely event it will take longer, we will let you know. 

Please ensure there is somebody to receive the order or if not please provide an alternative address where a signature can be provided as some items may require a signature. Twinkle Fashion Accessories cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit. If am item is not received within a reasonable delivery time please contact us. Returns & Replacements

Twinkle Fashion Accessories operate a 7 days return policy. If you wish to request a return please contact us at sales@twinklefashionaccessories.com with your reason for return. If you wish to return an item please do so within 7 days of receipt with all original packaging and tags intact and in an unworn condition with documents. Returns should be made to:

You have 7 days to report delivery mistakes or damage after which time our refund guarantee becomes void. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings. We only accept authorised returns. If you are returning an item for refund the cost of returning it is your responsility unless it is deemed faulty or sent in error. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained for all returns and registered post is adviseable. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. Your refund will be issued by the method you paid within 14 days of receipt of return.
